Role Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven Assistant Store Manager with strong business acumen and a passion for leading people. This role partners closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, execute operations, and build a high-accountability team culture. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resilient, and leads from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and support overall store growth
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 associates
• Hold team members accountable to performance and service standards
• Execute daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and SOP compliance
• Support hiring, training, and ongoing team development
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and resolve issues effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality leadership experience
• Strong business acumen and sales-driving mindset
• Proven ability to manage both people and operations
• Natural grit, ownership mentality, and accountability focus
• Effective communicator who can give clear direction and feedback
• Open availability including weekends and holidays

Cannabis experience is required
