Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of cannabis pre-rolls, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform general labor tasks such as weighing, grinding, and filling pre-rolls.
• Package, pick, and label products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be 21+ and able to comply with all state cannabis regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time hours (Monday-Friday).
