Harvest Technician
Pay: $17/hour
Location: Fulton, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5PM

Position Summary

We're looking for dependable, hands-on Harvest Technicians to support our cultivation and harvest operations. This role involves rotating between trimming, bucking, cleaning, and other harvest-related tasks based on daily production needs.

No prior cannabis experience is required — training will be provided. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, works well with a team, and is flexible and willing to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate between trimming, bucking, harvesting, cleaning, and other assigned tasks.

• Assist with cutting, weighing, and processing harvested plants.

• Inspect plant material and report potential issues, including pests, mold, or contamination.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

• Clean and prepare grow rooms and work areas after harvest.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and state compliance requirements.

• Accurately record harvest information and maintain required documentation.

• Monitor supplies and communicate shortages to management.

• Follow direction from the Cultivation Manager and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to strong attendance.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work for extended periods.

• Works well independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as production needs change.

• Cannabis experience is not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be 21+ and able to pass a required background screening.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain required state cannabis credentials.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in warm, humid cultivation environments and wearing required PPE.

• Frequent use of hands for trimming, bucking, and handling plant material.
