About the Role:
The Environmental Services Technician II ensures the facility and production machinery receive timely and thorough custodial care. This is a hands-on, physically active role critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant cannabis production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production machinery and production areas.

• Inspect work areas for cleanliness and complete required documentation.

• Safely use and store cleaning materials, ensuring proper labeling.

• Perform heavy cleaning: floors, windows, rugs, trash/recycling, and restrooms.

• Report maintenance issues or repair needs to Facilities Management.

• Update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) as new chemicals are implemented.

• Operate machinery for marijuana waste disposal as needed.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Age 21+ with valid government-issued ID.

• Ability to comprehend written and oral instructions in English.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/moving for extended periods, working in confined spaces or extreme weather, and ascending/descending ladders.

Preferred:

• 1+ years custodial experience, including safe use of custodial equipment.

• Knowledge of chemical use and purpose.

• Strong organization and time management skills.

Environmental Exposure:
Work may include exposure to allergens (cannabis, pollen, dander), plant pathogens, dust, odors, fumes, heat, cold, high/low humidity, noise, vibrations, and variable air conditioning conditions.
