Commercial/Industrial Service Plumber

Compensation: $30–$35/hour (DOE) + Overtime (OT after 8 hours)

Position Overview

An established industrial services organization is expanding in West Michigan and hiring Commercial/Industrial Service Plumbers to support operations in the Grand Rapids and Holland markets.

This is a service-driven role, focused on maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on plumbing systems
• Install and service piping systems, fixtures, and drainage systems
• Troubleshoot water supply, DWV, and gas systems
• Support emergency response service calls within a rotating on-call schedule
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly with customers and internal teams
• Maintain documentation and service reports via mobile tools
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across service divisions

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber License required; Master preferred
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing environments
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with technology (tablets, mobile reporting systems)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
