Maintenance Technician 
Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: M–F, 8AM–4:30PM
Pay: $20–$25/hour
Breaks: 30min unpaid lunch + 2 paid 15minbreaks
Type: 4-6wk project (w potential for extension)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to support our on-site maintenance team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes direction well, and is eager to learn. You’ll be working closely with a small, collaborative team of four and assisting with a variety of day-to-day maintenance and facility tasks.

This is not a highly skilled or independent maintenance role - team members are supervised on-site and supported throughout their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance team by running ladders, tools, and materials
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Fetch parts and help stage materials for projects
• Support installation tasks such as hanging lights in grow rooms
• Assist with air filter changes and routine maintenance tasks
• Help with tank cleaning and washdown duties
• Empty trash and contribute to general facility upkeep

Qualifications & Background

• Experience in carpentry, construction, residential/apartment maintenance, yard work, or landscaping preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools required
• Comfortable performing physical labor and working on your feet
• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks each day
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Professional attitude: mature, respectful, and humble

Requirements

• Must wear closed-toe work boots (doesn't need to be brand new)
• All other PPE will be provided (glasses, tools, etc.)
• Must have active badge to work in the cannabis industry
