Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $17/hr

About the Role

We’re hiring Packaging Technicians to support processing of non-flower cannabis products, such as edibles. This team ensures all products are accurately weighed, labeled, packaged, and meet quality, compliance, and hygiene standards before reaching customers.

What You’ll Do

• Weigh, measure, and package concentrates, pre-rolls, and other non-flower products

• Label and track inventory accurately

• Maintain clean, sanitized, food-grade work areas

• Follow SOPs and state compliance protocols

• Assist other processing and packaging teams as needed

• Promote efficiency while maintaining product quality and safety

What We’re Looking For

• Must meet Maryland state age requirements (21+)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict SOPs

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently

• Comfortable working around plant material, dust, humidity, and cleaning chemicals

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience preferred)

Requirements

• Must pass Maryland fingerprinting background check (badging cost: $60–$80 out of pocket)

• Must bring a new, clean pair of shoes for Day 1 (state compliance requirement)

• Approval & badging process takes approximately 2 weeks

• Exposure to plant material, dust, and varying temperatures/humidity

• PPE provided; close-toed, non-slip shoes required
