Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bucking and trimming of harvested cannabis plants.
• Remove leaves and excess foliage from buds to ensure quality and appearance.
• Follow established post-harvest handling and processing protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Assist with drying, curing, weighing, and packaging as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must comply with state regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and eager to grow in the cannabis industry.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on efficiency.
• Reliable, with punctual and regular attendance.
• Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
