Job Title: Cultivation Technician
Location: Franklin, New Jersey
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cultivation team. As a Cultivation Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the daily care and maintenance of cannabis plants to ensure healthy growth and high-quality yields. This role involves hands-on plant work including watering, pruning, trellising, and defoliation, as well as monitoring for potential health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of plant care including watering, pruning, trellising, defoliation, and canopy management

• Monitor plant health and report signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies to the Cultivation Manager

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in cultivation areas

• Follow all company SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance requirements

• Support the team with other tasks as needed to meet production goals

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Must have a valid and up-to-date Driver’s License

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be able and willing to pay the $70 State Credentialing Fee up front

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a repetitive task environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods

• Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving plants and equipment up to 50 pounds

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well both independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to maintain accurate records and logs consistently
