Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.30/hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are hiring Post-Harvest Technicians to support cannabis processing operations at our client’s facility in Barry, IL. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with cannabis flower after it's harvested — trimming, bucking, and preparing product for drying, curing, and packaging. This is an excellent opportunity to break into the legal cannabis industry with one of the largest MSOs in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Buck and trim harvested cannabis plants with care and precision

• Remove excess foliage to ensure product quality and visual appeal

• Follow SOPs for drying, curing, and post-harvest processing

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets

• Follow all safety and compliance protocols

• Assist with weighing, packaging, and inventory tracking as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED

• Able to pass a background check and meet state compliance standards

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
